With only 3 ingredients, you can recreate this delicious dessert that will have everyone to wanting more. This recipe is entirely gluten and dairy-free and absolutely delicious!
INGREDIENT NOTES
- White chocolate: For this recipe I used Enjoy Life’s white chocolate chips. I used 2 1/2 packages because I wanted the bark to be extra thick. It also depends on the size of the pan that you are using. Overall, these chocolate chips melt so perfectly and are easily spreadable. Make sure to microwave for 30 second intervals. This is key in making sure to not overheat the chocolate for a long period of time without stirring.
- Candy cane: Make sure to unwrap all the candy canes from the plastic and add them to a plastic bag. Use a mallet or meat hammer to crush the candy canes into smaller pieces to sprinkle on the chocolate.
