The shipping methods that are available depend on where you live as well as what you ordered. Our merchandise and Freedom Cupz ship differently because one is a food product. You can see the shipping options available for you once checking out.

At this time, we are only shipping within Canada and the U.S. but are working to ship internationally in the future.

We do not offer returns and exchanges for our Freedom Cupz. We do not offer returns on merchandise, however we do offer exchanges if you're looking for a different size. Send us an email at ganddfreedom@gmail.com and we will get that sorted out for you!

Our Freedom Cupz can be stored at room temperature as well as in the Fridge for longer lasting freshness. They are non-perishable, however, if you plan on storing them for a while, we'd recommend storing them in the freezer and removing them when you want to enjoy.

All of our Freedom Cupz are 100% gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. Check out our product page and select the specific Freedom Cup flavour which will have a fully detailed list of ingredients.
