These flourless chocolate banana bites are the perfect treat when you want to enjoy something sweet without feeling guilty. You only need 4 ingredients to make them and they require no flour at all. Use all natural organic ingredients to create the perfect bite sized sweets that are easy to pack for lunch or enjoy at anytime throughout the day!
INGREDIENT NOTES
- Peanut butter: For this recipe I used all natural peanut butter. Peanut butter is a good source of healthy fats and has many health benefits such as maintains blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and cholesterol. If you're allergic to peanuts, you can substitute it for almond butter, sunflower seed butter or any other kind of nut or seed butter that you prefer.
- Toppings: To make these banana bites more fun I added some sliced almonds on top just to add a little crunch but you are more than welcome to add your choice of toppings. Some other ideas could be vegan chocolate chips or shredded coconut.

These sweet treats are the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth but in a healthy and guilt-free way. Prepare them ahead of time and have these 2-bite desserts at any time throughout the day.

INGREDIENTS
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup peanut butter
Sliced almonds, to top

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 325ºF and line a mini cupcake tin with liners.
- Add the bananas to a medium sized bowl and mash them down completely.
- Then add the cocoa powder and peanut butter to the bowl and mix thoroughly together until everything is combined.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of batter into each cupcake liner. If some have less, be sure to top it off with more batter. Top off the bites with sliced almonds and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- After the bites are done, remove from the oven and enjoy with a glass of almond milk.
