Exchange Policy

We currently offer size exchanges on our crewnecks. Sweaters must be sent back in original plastic packaging.

Terms & Conditions of Exchange Policy

• Item(s) must not be worn or washed to be eligible for an exchange.
• All shipments must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the order. 
• We do not cover the cost of exchange shipping and original shipping paid cannot be refunded.
• We do not cover the import charges of returning goods back to Canada for international returns. 
• Once your return is received, it may take up to 5-7 business days to process the exchange.
• We will ship your new size and email you the tracking information.
